Question
We are currently using your ticket method with our 3 1/2 year old daughter. She has been doing well with her one target behavior, bad language. What do we do if at the end of the night, just before books and bed, my daughter hits and uses bad language? She only had one ticket taken away this particular day and has been responding well. However, this particular night, she became upset because she had to brush her teeth. She refused and was told no book reading, straight to bed. She became angry and hit my wife and used bad language.
