Question
8th grade son finished year with a C average.He has always been a solid B student but my husband and I wonder how to truly tell if he is doing his best. Received Christian spirit award and no discipline problems. Somewhat lazy and forgetful. Of our 3 children he is the one who like tv and computers the best however it is very limited. He is unaffectionate and loses focus and a little quirky...doc would probably label him but we wouldn't agree. So I'm asking you how to handle the grade thing...no electronics, punishment...what if he IS doing his best? Summer responsibilities of some kind? Has chores.
