Keep It Simple

Question

We reached out in October regarding our 4-year-old son's hitting peers and defiance towards teachers at school. Mr. Rosemond recommended, and we are implementing the "on-call" parent, picking him up and confining him to his room method. Do you have a general idea of when we should see improvement? How long do we confine to his room? As in, should it be one day per offense? If it happens on a Friday, should he stay in his room all weekend? Do we remove other privileges while he is confined, like dessert after dinner or reading to him before bed? We want to make sure he "gets it".
