My four-year-old daughter shares a bedroom with her seventeen-year-old sister. Can you recommend an alternative consequence for tickets that would be as effective as sending her to her room for the rest of the day? My older daughter works a lot, so I don’t worry about it inconveniencing her. What I worry about is what my younger daughter would do to or with my older daughter’s things while unsupervised. I greatly appreciate any guidance you may have.
