Hello. We have a 4-year-old son who has been hitting other students, throwing toys, and ignoring the teacher’s instructions. He had four incidents in two days and was suspended for one day from school. In one instance, he grabbed another child’s throat, and when the teacher intervened, he reacted aggressively toward her. We’re concerned about how to address this behavior. We recently implemented a ticket system to help with other types of misbehavior, but we’re unsure if it should be used to address his behavior at school. We would appreciate any guidance on the next steps to take.
