GRANDMA IS RIGHT, BUT....

Question

Good am! My middle son in Cheyenne Wyoming asked us to babysit 3 weeks since her mother who watches him is having back surgery. I said yes too quickly, but should work out. It is an hour drive to their place up and back for 3 weeks, but doable.

My question is:
She is working in the basement. They hold him during his nap, now almost 16 months old. I do not want to do that but of course he will have a fit since that is what they have done. I think my son is watching him for a week before we get there. Do I express my feelings and say I'm not holding him, so break him of it. If she wasn't there I would just let him cry, and he would grow out of it. Thanks for your wisdome! Patty
