We have a 21-yr old daughter from my husband's 1st marriage. She was suspended from college after 2 yrs of going and is waiting to be eligible to go back. in the meantime, we let her help with my husband's work and pay her so that she has some $ to spend. Free rent and food. Problem is she's a poor worker, won't listen to instructions, driving her dad crazy. I think he should fire her, or at least lay down the rules (follow his instructions, no talking back, etc.) If she doesn't follow then fire her. We don't get along well at home either. Sometimes disrespectful to him. what should we do? kick her out? Thx!
