Question
When my 4 year old son loses all his privileges for the day, we cannot get him to stay in his room. What is something we can try? We calmly put him back in his room each time he runs out, but it often takes 1.5 hours before he stays. One hour later, he’s coming out again. We’ve tried using a baby gate to keep him in and he begins getting hysterical, shaking, gagging and acting genuinely terrified in ways I’ve never seen.
