Question
I have a 7, almost 8 year old son, who has not ever been appropriately disciplined and has developed into a challenging and, dare I say, entitled child. He has little respect for me and when I try to set boundaries or discipline him, he doesn't listen, talks back, runs away, or laughs in my face. This causes me to lose my temper, yell, and do the opposite of what I know I should be doing. How can I take control of this situation and set us all on the "right" path?
