Question
My 29 year old grandson is a higher functioning autistic boy. As long as I can remember, this boy will not stop stealing.He is always remorseful after the fact, but it is just a matter of time before he does it again.Most family members don’t want to be around him. He lives with me and we make sure someone is always in the house to watch him. He recently lost the first job he has ever had. He took money from them as well. His growing up years were terrible. We did our best to protect him. I have no idea how to help him. We have tried everything.He has no impulse control. Can this behavior be corrected? How do we help him?
