Question
Hello! We have a 5 year old who has been having some big problems hitting his parents and tutor. Although we have been using the ticket system for several months, his yelling and physicality have made it clear to us that this is a big problem, and we have decided to “kick him out of the garden”. Since we are homeschooling, we are wondering if the time spent in his room should be limited to the afternoon on. Does the tactic described in the book assume that the child comes home from school in early afternoon and goes right to his room? Or should he effectively be in his room all day outside of lessons (which are only 1-2 hours/day)? Thank you!
