Question
My son is 5 years old and still does not stay in his bed all night. Admittedly, we have let him get in our bed and know it's our fault for allowing him to do this since he was about 3. However, we are trying to now re-sleep train him to stay in his bed. For the past 3 nights, we have put him back in his bed after getting out. He has gotten up 3-4xs and we put him back. He's even made himself throwup on our floor with the hope (I think) we will think he's sick and put him in our bed. This morning, I found him soundly asleep on a love seat in our room (no idea he had even gotten out of bed again). It's so frustrating. What can we do to stop the monster we've created!!?
