It's Her Problem to Solve

Question

My daughter is struggling in school since grade 2. She's in French immersion. She has failed three tests in a row so far because she didn't study for them..
Her teacher says that she seems to be paying attention in class because she's at the front but when she gets some tests or work to do she needs extra help and needs constant hand-holding. And I don't feel it's my job to chase after her and do everything for her which is what the school wants me to do. Also they want to diagnose her with ADD. We are getting her a tutor. What else should we do? I don't want my daughter labelled without getting the help she needs.
