Question
My son is 10 years old and is going through a major regression. He knows all of the rules and has been doing great but with some recent changes to his schedule he's falling right back to where he was. Examples: lying and playing games on his school ipad, not getting ready for bed on time, not logging into school on time, and the most frustrating one which is playing dumb.
Which discipline method would work best for my son?
I just want to point out again that he was doing amazing with following the rules but with him newly spending nights at his fathers house again with no structure there is becoming an issue when he's back home.
