Question
My 8 year old has become anxious and it is impacting sleep. The anxiety appeared as school was approaching with precautions for covid and we prepared to sell our house. After a few nights of getting only 2 hours of sleep I wound up in his bed, which allowed us all to sleep.
We are trying to wean off of this arrangement and his sleep is continuing to get worse again. He is coming in our room at 11 and then wailing for an hour or two. The sleep deprivation is building and we need this to end. Should I kick him out of Eden? Give him an early bedtime per The Doctor?
Thank you!
