Advice please for mom of a strong-willed preschool girl age 4 who got into trouble at pre-school for being mean to other children. The teacher said she has tried talking to preschool girl about her behavior for several days but sees no improvement. Examples of behavior the teacher described: said girl and two other girl classmates verbally discussing and devising plans ahead of recess not to play with certain children, snatching a ball away from another girl at recess and saying, “I’m not going to be your friend with you unless you let me have this.” The teacher tells mom that her daughter’s behavior has resulted in classmates crying and feeling left out and asked for mom to intervene. Please help.
