Your previous advice has been very good and I am seeing improvements. Thank you. But my question today relates to school holidays and if I should leave my 2 kids home alone (age 13 & 15) while I go to work. My problem is I worry they will be on screens filling their heads with rubbish for hours on end. If I am home I can control it. Most people at work with younger kids take time off for the holidays - I am wondering if I need to give them a bit of freedom at this age and how I can do this comfortably without being stressed at work. I feel I should take all phones and remote controls with me but then that would annoy my kids and I’m not sure that is the right approach. I really appreciate any advice.
