The Doctor Gets The Wiggles Out

Question

Please can you give me some helpful pointers on how to deal with the issue of my 8 year son not sitting still for some activities. He's a nice, sensitive boy but I can't seem to understand why it's difficult for him to sit still for certain things for example, bible club which at the moment is done via zoom and online worship to mention a few.

It's also becoming very annoying to his older sister, who finds it distracting. I'll appreciate your insights on this.
Thank you.
