Question
Hi,
I have a 6 y.o. girl. She has days when she is happy with things, but most of the time she shows a negative attitude. Overall she is a good child. However, no matter what we do or don’t do she will still complain that something wasn’t right. There’s constantly something that she is not happy about. I am trying to teach her to look positive at things, but the minute i am done explaining she would start complaining again. And it frustrates me as a parent.
How to deal with this, how to help her be more positive and appreciate what she has or what she does? Is this normal for her age to complain most of the time or I should address it somehow?
