Question
My 11 year old daughter gets upset when I correct her and calls me names in her heart not aloud; but she later tells me those rude things and apologises. (The most recent name she called me being "ungrateful cow") I don't talk like that, neither does my husband.
She has a very strong personality and is generally well behaved apart from when she has an argument with her younger brother or does something wrong and is corrected.
I've explained to her how wrong it is to be rude to her parents even if it's not said aloud. But I find that she still does this occasionally, please can you help me understand how to go about this? Thanks
