Alpha speech and consistency

Question

We’ve had an overall improvement in our kids (boys ages 3 and 5) since starting the ticket system and changing the way we talk to them. Transition points are still incredibly difficult. For instance, when I asked them to get ready to go to school, they drag their feet, and I end up needing to repeat myself multiple times. When it is time to go to bed, they act silly and delay obedience. Should we be taking tickets away for these behaviors? Is there a better course of action?
