Question
I recently showed my 3 year old daughter a video of me nursing her when she was a baby. What I thought would be a sweet moment of her watching herself bonding with me as a baby didn't exactly work out. She started weeping uncontrollably. I calmed her down, trying to find out what was wrong and she said she wanted to be a baby, not a big girl anymore. It's been two weeks and she is talking like a baby, begs me to hold her all the time, won't let me out of sight. If I mention that she is big or tall she argues that she is still little. I have told her during a melt down baby moment that if she doesn't stop I will take her to the baby room at school instead of her big girl class - to which she stops. I can't stand that baby talking anymore. Any advice on snapping her out of this?
