Question
Our eight year old son is a relatively well behaved boy, but one thing that irks me is he doesn't look adults in the eye when he is introduced to them. No matter how many times I tell him to shake hands and look the person in the eye when he is introduced, he just mumbles hello and waves. He says he's shy and I tell him you can be shy, but you can't be rude. Any ideas on how to get him to comply?
