Question
Could you give me some guidelines for how to teach my daughter to do quiet time? She’s two and a half so I realize her attention span isn’t very long and she still does take naps. I want to at least teach her how to do a little bit of quiet time before she’s at the point when she drops her nap so she’s familiar with it. She also is getting a little more imaginative but still relies heavily on me to entertain her.
