Resist excuses to wander at bedtime.

Question

Our three and five-year-old boys who share a room started coming into our room at night. They usually say they are scared, or hungry. We have a 10-month-old who is newly adopted and not sleeping through the night so as you would imagine, this is exhausting. We don’t want them to keep coming in. I don’t want them to feel like we don’t care if they truly are scared but I think the truth is that they wake up and just want our company. How can we stop these nighttime interruptions?
