Question
Hello!
Our daughter (4.5 yrs) (and her younger sister) recently started going to their grandmother (1 - 2 times a week for 4 hours each). In the beginning she enjoyed going but now she tells me she does not want to go anymore and asks politely to stay at home. This happened when she started going to my parents also once a week.
I have noticed that she feels at home and comfortable at my parents' (maybe because we stayed there a lot when she was a baby/toddler?) I am happy about that but I also want her to keep going to her other grandmother and enjoy her time there. Our daughter is a bit on the shy-end yet her grandmother is the outgoing/talkative type and has a very present personality. Could it be about personalities?
Could you advise please? The reason why her grandmother offered to take her for 1-2 times a week was to help me out and allow me some time to recover from illness but at the same time I do not want to force our daughter going there...
