Question
Ever since I started implementing a 5 minute time-out for specific misbehaviors (such as throwing food or hitting his sister) after his second birthday, my 2 year old son has started showing aggressive behavior toward me, such as hitting. For example, when I try to give him a hug after time-out, he'll push or hit me. Should I just ignore it, or should I do anything about this? Thank you.
