Question
I have been the children's director for 20+ years at our church. Most of our parents use the book "Shepherding a Child's Heart" by Paul Tripp. I feel like parents are explaining themselves to death. In an effort to "get to the heart of the matter" parents are pleading with their children. The result is a group of children and teens who just don't obey their parents or other leadership. How can you marry
Shepherding" with "do it because I said so"? Or can you?
