calm persistence in potty training

Question

I have started potty training my 18 month old daughter, I used N75 with my older daughter and had good success with her. I am in the third day of training and I am finding she seems scared of sitting down to potty, I can tell when she is about to potty because she starts stomping her feet. I direct her to go sit on the potty or take her hand and take her over to her potty seat. She will sit for a second then stand up and when I tell her to sit back down she starts crying/throughout a fit. She will pee a little bit then panic and stand up, I think she dislikes getting wet/dirty. I have tried sitting and reading to her for 10 minutes at a time with very little success, she will not stay seated if I get up. I am just wondering what I can do to help her get over her fear and how I need to react to her not staying seated
