Question
I am a step grandparent. We have a three year old grandson who is being raised in a progressive, liberal, agnostic environment. The household is run by the toddler and to say it is matriarch ruled would be putting it mildly. I am keeping him for the next few days, and though I have quietly spoken to him about the love of Jesus- I don’t feel comfortable to freely speak about my faith. My question is: how much can a three year old understand about the life of Jesus? And, is it even any of my business? I do not want to isolate my step daughter by speaking about something that she obviously doesn’t believe in, but I am concerned that grandson will never hear about Him unless I tell him .
