Fears about son's fears.

Question

My son just turned 12 and was once such a happy child. Now he asks me questions that I’m not sure how to answer. He says he is not happy and doesn’t feel like he belongs in his body. He thinks people talk about him behind his back. He was just tested for dyslexia and learning has always been difficult but he is very well liked. He thinks he is the only person in the world to have this learning problem and wants to make better grades and tries so hard and does his best but he is a c, d student. He gets very discouraged and beats himself up. I do not make a big deal about grades because I know how hard he tries. His anxiety is through the roof. How can I talk to him about this and how his body and mind change with age? He is a very immature 12 year old who loves all outdoor things.
