Question
My 5 year old daughter started full day kindergarten one month ago. She comes home exhausted and cranky and her behavior is inappropriate. She is unkind to our family and demanding. She has melt downs and cries. She is not her normal self in terms of patience and kindness. I find myself bending rules and allowing her to get away with things I would not have before school started such as yelling at her brother. What should we be doing during this time of transition?
