Question
Our son had no major violations for six months and we agreed to pay for drivers Ed. He is nearing completion and set to test for his license in October. We currently drive him to career tech school every weekday (bussing not provided} and pick him up, as well as, drive him to and from work. Any other transportation is by friends /girlfriends. We just discovered a friend brought over two beers last weekend which they drank in our home when the friend spent the night. Obviously underage drinking is a major violation, but we are wondering if we should not allow him to get his license at all or allow him to have a license but he can only drive our car to school and work and no where else. He will be 18 in June.
