Question
Our 4 year old son has recently been saying he is a girl. This began shortly after watching several episodes of Dora the Explorer. All of his siblings are older and don’t live at home. He is argumentative and likes to be the center of attention.
I feel like my husband should play a bigger, stronger role in his life and do “boy stuff” together. When we say he’ll grow up to be big like dad he says he doesn’t want to be like Dad. He will hug and hold my hand but he refuses to even hold his dads hand to cross the street! Please help. We don’t know what to do.
