Separate ticket systems for two children?

Question

Question regarding the ticket system. I have a 7 (boy) and 9 (girl) year old.
Do I use 2 separate ticket systems, one for each?
Or do I use one system for the both of them (they share 5 tickets) and punish them equally?
So for example, if all tickets are used, they both spend the rest of the day in separate rooms, early bed, etc.
I'm going to implement this soon and would like to know which would be better. As of now, I'm thinking one system for the both of them as I want to correct the same behaviors. But if one does adapts quickly, while the other takes a while longer, will that be a problem? Or will it teach the fast learner to encourage their sibling to stop the wrong behavior.
Thanks for your help!
