Too Busy to Potty

Question

Our daughter turned 3 last May and we postponed toilet training until she was 3. It was only then that we were introduced to John Rosemond's method and we started right away with "naked and 75". It went pretty well (she picked up after a few days) and now we find that after 2 months she uses the bathroom by herself when she has bowel movement. Otherwise she only tells us she has to use the bathroom when she had a leakage in her underwear. So it is not that she initiates going to the bathroom. What should we do? She uses the bathroom when we tell her to go and then she usually has no leakage or a very small spot. Last week we had two occasions where she urinated on the floor after she got out of bed. Telling her to clean it up is actually fun for her... What would you recommend to do?
