Question
Would you please put some insight into the grandparent relationship with small children. As in 2 and 4. We are having a terrible time with them when returning home. No manners, not pleased with anything, wasting food, and picking on each other. We have spoke to the grandparents about such issues to no avail. They require no obedience encourage screaming and never say no. We aren’t trying to have them not spoil in them some ways. Candy, staying up late , etc. Unfortunately this has went overboard, as in for Christmas we get about 25 gifts per child. I am bombarded and dread their weekly visits because of the chaos that ensues when they return. It takes about two days to get everyone back to “normal”.
