Question
My 3yo daughter and 5yo son fight almost constantly. (We also have a 2 month old baby girl.) We started the ticket system a week ago and we are doing 5 tickets per day - one set for both of them, tickets lost or kept together. I have questions. First of all, if they are yelling but not hitting yet, should I wait for the physical or give a ticket right away? Secondly, if it is pretty clear which one instigated the issue, does it still make sense to give a ticket to both? We need more peace in our home. I've been reading your books and I am eager to implement. Thanks!
