Question
Our 19-year-old son went to college for 1/2 of his freshman year - then quit & came home when he realized he was in over his head. Since then, he's worked but not a ton. He owes about $10k in non-deferrable loans that we co-signed. He seems to lack motivation to work the 40-hour work week we asked him to, works about 25-30/week. Only wants to watch videos, play video games, and start a Youtube gamer channel. Otherwise lacks direction. He is mostly compliant at home with chores, etc. What should we do?
