Question
I'm not sure how to handle a conflict between my two toddler boys. The younger one has a life mission of provoking the older to get into trouble or start a fight with him and will then play the victim with great drama when things turn violent and until I get involved and wrestle them off each other. When there is kicking and hitting by the older brother he gets sent to his room much to the delight of the younger victim who has worked hard to get the conflict to this point without engaging in any kicking or hitting himself since he knows he'll also get sent to isolation for that. He knows how to stay just out of trouble while causing the trouble, if that makes any sense.
