Question
This is a follow up to the question on 10-17-17 concerning "yelling" from our 12 yr. old. I have thought over your response and realize my question was rushed and unclear. We have all the Rosemond Books, been to his "talks" and have used his advice for years--Not to mentioned paying for this website.
My specific question is, "When my daughter starts yelling about a punishment or consequence, should we give additional consequences or say (as Rosemend suggests sometimes), "I would be upset if I were your age too."
When is the best time to use that line??
