Question
I am having a continuous issue with my daughter lying about going to boys' houses. She always tells me she is going to a girl friend's but is really going to a boys. Our rules are 1. Be honest where you are going 2. Can't be alone with her boy friend or she lies and says he's just a friend. We have offered her to bring them to our house only when we are here. We always catch her at the boys house with no parents..
I'm stuck on how to handle this. We took everything away phone, bed, tv and she had to earn it back.. we had her in counseling and she refused to talk to him. Then we thought she was doing good, earned her phone back finally and got to stay the night at her girl friends and we caught her again lying.. saying she was at her gf house but was at her bf.
Im lost in what to do. We have talked about all the dangers and her reputation. I don't believe she's been sexually active, but its like she's gotta have a boy in her life..
Any advice would be great!
