Should Mom address home behavior or Math grade first?

Question

Our 11 yr old daughter (6th grade) has some small/medium behaviors at home we would like to get under control with a Weekly Chart, but also is having trouble in Math at school (C)...other subjects are ok (A's and B's). We worked up a plan with specific items that she would work on to get Math under control letting her know it was her responsibility to get her grade up to a B or better. We gave her a period of time to get the grade up before we would get involved (i.e. use Statement of Achievement tool). Our question is this....do we attack the school grade or the home behaviors first? Using a weekly chart and statement of achievement could conflict with each other (i.e. privileges taken away when one is good but other is not).
