Daily Report Cards Help School Behaviors

Question

I have a 7 year old who has been having problems at school and just recently we received a form from school saying that the school is requesting for social worker intervention, that is "the next step" in her (bad) behavior plan. The school wants to use a rewards system and I graciously sad that doesn't work and we would like to use the ticket system with her at school. The form that was brought home states that she has these areas of concern: social skills, physical aggression, motivation, peer relationships, verbal aggression, problems with coping skills, self-advocacy, anger management, inattention, safety awareness, compliance with school rules, organizational skills and doesn't follow directions. I want to pinpoint a few areas of concern, but have no idea what they should be. Definitely if she is physically hurts her peers she needs to have all the tickets taken away, but I need some help narrowing the list down to 3 things so my daughter knows exactly what areas she needs to work on. Thank you.
