Question
Hi,
Thanks for all your help in past. I'll keep it short & sweet. My 5 1/2 yr old son just started kindergarten. He is an active boy & has not taken a nap in 3 yrs. The school enforces a naptime of 40 mins, you must either sleep or lay there quietly. Well I get daily complaints that not only is he not sleeping but he's having a hard time laying still next to 20 other students. Long story short am I wrong to suggest that they give him a book or a quiet activity? Just seems to me can't force someone to sleep or lay that still for that long. Your thoughts appreciated!!!
