Question
I have two boys, a 9 yo and an 11 yo. My 11 yo is liked by his peers, however, he doesn't have any real relationships with children. In school, he isn't alone or anything, everyone is very nice to him and they all like him, however, when it comes to inviting him places, he is never included. Our 9 yo, on the other hand, is always going to friends houses and having friends over. This in turn causes my 11 yo to be upset and jealous. Is there anything, if anything, we could do to teach him how to build relationships and/or get over his jealousy or should we just ignore it and chalk it up to a part of life?
