Question
My husband and I are looking for advice on how to discipline our 16 month old. He is a very energetic toddler, running around and getting into everything he can. We have a baby gate up to stop him from going into the kitchen. Recently, he has figured out how to push the gate down. When I move him from the kitchen and tell him "no", he throws himself on the floor or hits me. How do we correct this behavior? He has never been to daycare - either me or my husband has always stayed home with him.
