3 y/o Toliet Training Regression

Question

I have two boys, ages 3 and 2. Both were potty trained around the same time a couple months ago. They have started sharing a bedroom since we recently moved and they have a little potty in their room. At the time of the move, the younger boy was still in a crib and would have nighttime accidents because he couldn't get to the potty. He is now in a bed. The older one was doing fine overall and had occasional nighttime accidents that were getting less and less. Once they started sharing a room however, that all changed and the older boy regressed significantly as he would watch his younger brother pee in the crib because he couldn't get out. So he started doing it also, climbing in the crib to pee, pee on the floor, in his own bed. Just stand up and do it. It's not an accident, it's on purpose..we know because we can see him do it on the monitor. It happens at night when they go down and during the daytime nap when he is alone in the room. Even during the day he has backtracked to the point that he won't go unless I tell him to and even then he won't go enough at one time to fully relieve himself. He may almost be back to square one with potty training. Because of all this we put the younger boy in a bed sooner than we had anticipated so that he can get out to do his business and in hopes the older one would get back on track by watching the younger one do it right. We try not to go in the bedroom after we put them to bed at night but we have done so in order to tell the older boy his pee goes into the potty not into his bed or the floor. He is trying to instigate the younger one now to do the same as he does.
