Question
We have an almost 3 year old whom we are having trouble with tantrums and defiance recently. I dread bringing him out because in a moment's notice, he will be screaming and kicking when told no he cannot do or have something. He has also been defying me all the time when he's told to do something. I have been putting him in his room to tantrum. We smack for defiance but it doesn't always work especially when he's in a rage and defies us. How do we nip defiance in the bud in a toddler? Is it possible? It seems to be getting from bad to worse.
