Question
I am a nanny for two children, ages 4 1/5 (girl) & 8 1/5 (boy). They are brother and sister. The boy approaches the girl and rubs his private part against her. I told the parents and they said they were just playing.
In the same family, the girl awakes in the middle of the night and goes to the parents bedroom. She cries and demands one of the parents come to her bedroom until she is tucked in and falls asleep with the parent there.
What is your advice given these conditions?
